outdoor fun

steph and i have taken a few weekends out for funs. one of the things we’ve been doing a lot lately is hiking. i don’t have pictures from every trip so i’m just posting a few here. we usually pick a trail along the hudson river valley. the last two we did were at breakneck ridge by storm king. the views are pretty fantastic from up high. the one we did this past saturday involved some pretty steep uphill which required a  lot of scrambling. it’s a lot of fun! i think scrambling is more fun than plain stair-climber hiking. your hands get a bit dirty but it’s no big deal. we also had some time to visit golden earthworm farm where we picked sweet potatoes. that what those pictures are. we didn’t go hiking on someone’s farm.
